century? Can theatre be a useful medium for encouraging social
and environmental change? Acclaimed artistic director of the Young
Vic, David Lan, will explore these issues in conversation with
leading theatre academic, Professor Paul Heritage of Queen Mary
University of London. David was
born in Cape Town and as well as
his extensive theatrical work, is
the author of a seminal social
anthropological textbook exploring
religion and politics in Zimbabwe.
Born in Brazil, Paul founded
People's Palace Projects which
produces theatre that promotes social change in Britain, Burkina
Faso, Brazil and Azerbaijan. TICKETS £12 to include supper.
